They include large windows, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens with granite and stainless steel appliances and balconies with views. The luxury suite that is currently for sale includes designer lighting and motorized window coverings. These condos are a nice mix between a traditional condo building and the new modern lofts with open floor plans. The units still have designated bedroom areas, but the living space is open concept with the kitchen open to the living area. The use of space in these units is well thought out and each one has its own flavor.

This is a conveniently located building with luxury amenities. Once you are inside the bustle of the city seems to slip away and it is truly a wonderful place to call home.
