Clackamas is a city 10 miles SE of Downtown Portland. It is bordered by Happy Valley, Highway 205 and is North of the Clackamas River. Clackamas has a population of around 7000 according to the 2010 census. Clackamas is home to a large retail mecca - Clackamas Town Center- many restaurants and other local businesses as well. Clackamas has a wide variety of homes, including new construction. Clackamas is easily accessible by transportation and the freeways. 

The MAX green line services Clackamas as well as Tri-met. The Clackamas Town Center has a park and ride that will take oy all the way to downtown Portland. Clackamas Town Center is a large indoor/ outdoor mall with lots of large chain shops and restaurants. Including California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, Claim Jumper, Nordstorm, Macys and more. There is a ton to do at this mall. There is a movie theater, food court, indoor play area for kids and more.

Clackamas High School, Mount Talbert Nature Park and Sah-Hah-Lee golf course are all located in Clackamas. 

Currently there are 22 homes for sale in Clackamas ranging from $299,000 up to $1,699,950 with an average of $217 per square foot. There are 18 homes pending sale ranging from $178,000 up to $624,900 with an average of $203 per square foot at this time. In the last 30 days 21 homes have sold in Clackamas from $325,000 up to $629,900 with an average of $200 per square foot. These sold homes were on the market for 31 days on average and were around 2323 square feet in size.
