The Mosaic condominiums and lofts are located in the heart of SW Portland's Cultural District on SW 11th Ave. The Mosaic was built in 2003 and houses 40 condos within it's walls. The building is 8 stories of glass and concrete and is a wonderful juxtaposition to the older architecture that surrounds it. The condos do have adjacent off street parking and the first floor is retail. The Mosaic is situated on the street car line and is very conveniently located to all of Downtown Portland.

Currently there are no condos for sale in the Mosaic. In the past 12 months 3 condos have sold in the Mosaic ranging from $243,000 up to $356,000 with an average of $436 per square foot. The average size of the sold condos was 680 square feet. 

Portland's Cultural Center is right at your doorstep at The Mosaic. It is close to the Oregon Historical Society, Portland Art Museum, Central Library and The Portland Center for Preforming Arts. Not to mention the outstanding restaurants, carts and coffee houses all within walking / biking distance. The walk score at the Mosaic is a 98 and is a walkers paradise.
