The home features a 3 zone Hydronic heating system that uses a gas boiler to distribute hot water throughout the home to radiant heat registers. (not electric baseboard heat) Highly efficient. This system is backed up with a mini-split ductless heat system with 5 registers in each living space for multi zone heating and cooling. Currently only used for AC as the hydronic heat system is amazing for keeping the home warm. Pretty kick A$$ view of Mt. Hood! Decent shop space.
